Responsibilities
- Propagate the vision of the school to the Upper School faculty, parents and students
- Lead Upper School's devotional and spiritual life resulting in an Upper School growing in
- Oversee Upper School student discipline resulting in the Upper School having a godly
- Listen to secondary faculty needs and meeting needs as able resulting in faculty needs
- Direct the assigned tasks of the daily operation of the Upper School resulting in a school
- Oversee the purchase of Upper School materials and equipment resulting in Upper School
- Develop and implement a system for teacher coaching and development.
- Other responsibilities as required by the Headmaster.
- A mature, joyful, and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Membership in good standing at an evangelical church whose teachings are consistent with the school’s Statement of Faith.
- Hold to an orthodox and historic biblical understanding of contemporary issues (including young earth creationism).
- A clear calling to Christian education and an understanding of the principles of classical learning.
- Demonstrated ability in leadership, organization, and employee development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills marked by humility, wisdom, and discernment.
- Master’s degree or higher, with substantial classroom teaching experience and prior administrative leadership preferred.
- Capable of working with little direct supervision.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
