Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities, driving new revenue across electrical, data/telecom, and security technology markets
- Manage all aspects of awarded projects including kickoff, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, job cost tracking, change orders, RFIs, client communication, and project closeout
- This role is responsible for execution, profitability, and delivery performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and design partners
- This role is critical for pre-construction planning including, estimating, scope reviews, value engineering, bid clarifications, and contract negotiations
- System & Market Focus: electrical infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber, access control, video surveillance, etc.; across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and education markets
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and pre-bid walk-through meetings
- Support strategic account development and repeat-client growth
- Assist with go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategy development
- Collaborate with estimating and leadership teams on pricing, scope, and risk evaluation
- New business revenue and client growth
- Project profitability and cost control
- Schedule adherence and quality of execution
- Client satisfaction and repeat business
- Accuracy of project forecasting and reporting
