- Junction of Function is seeking Occupational Therapists who are committed to helping students develop the skills necessary to participate successfully in their educational environment.

- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and clinical observations.
- Identify student strengths, needs, and barriers to educational participation.
- Develop individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect OT services.
- Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional school participation skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary evaluations.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, school psychologists, SLPs, and special education teams.
- Recommend accommodations, modifications, classroom supports, and assistive strategies.
- Complete evaluations, reports, progress notes, and service documentation accurately and on time.
- Provide consultation and guidance to educational staff and families.
- Support students in developing independence and skills for academic success.
- Able to pass Background Check.
- Current Liability Insurance
- NCBOT (North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy) License
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Salary : $50 - $75
