Job Summary
We're looking for a strong leader who can provide overall administrative leadership and supervision for our K-12 Classical Christian school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for two primary functions: Headmaster of School and financial development. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively oversee finances and foster relationships with the board, parents, and community.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily school operations, addressing program needs and organizing school initiatives
- Collaborate with Board Treasurer to prepare the school's budget, ensure adherence to budget, and oversee tuition collection
- Support board policy and decisions, serve as an ex-officio board member, and recommend policy improvements
- Foster strong parent relationships by keeping families informed, encouraging open communication, and representing the school in the community
- Promote faculty development through training, workshops, and classroom observations
- Lead Parent Academy and Open Houses while overseeing discipline policies
- Provide spiritual leadership by maintaining personal biblical study, leading his own house well, and encouraging teachers, staff, and fathers
- Oversee non-teaching staff, re-enrollment processes, and prospective student outreach
- Represent the school in fundraising efforts, including end-of-year giving campaigns, community donation events, and new building fundraising
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing operations
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, tuition collection, and fundraising
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a governing board and provide policy recommendations
- Strong communication and community engagement skills
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
