Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial reporting oversight.
- Monitor profitability and cost drivers across departments.
- Approve spending within delegated authority and enforce financial controls.
- Support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accounting practices support audit readiness and compliance expectations.
- Oversee HR compliance and reporting.
- Prepare month-end documentation and assist with year-end close requirements.
- Oversee the functions performed by the finance department, and build out team as needed, depending on business growth.
