Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Lead development and implementation of strategic programs and campaigns aligned with 1792's mission, including educational outreach, leadership resources, and corporate neutrality initiatives
- Design comprehensive programs that educate stakeholders about the problems of corporate ideological bias and how to combat it
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all programmatic efforts with measurable objectives and defined roles
- Develop educational resources, tool-kits, and materials to support program goals
- Create metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and report on performance
- Coordinate with research and communications teams to develop content and strategic messaging
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with mission-aligned organizations including think tanks, nonprofits, faith-based institutions, business leaders, and policy influencers
- Build and lead coalitions focused on protecting freedoms in corporate America, positioning 1792 as a convener and force multiplier
- Coordinate collaborative initiatives with coalition partners
- Represent 1792 Exchange at conferences, public forums, and meetings with allies
- Facilitate regular communication and coordination among coalition partners to advance shared objectives
- Serve as key liaison between external stakeholders and internal subject matter experts
- Develop and lead corporate outreach strategies to engage corporate executives and boards
- Identify opportunities for joint campaigns, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives that advance both 1792's impact and corporate partner objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate stakeholders, providing insight, thought leadership, and opportunities for engagement
- Support advocacy efforts through strategic coordination and stakeholder mobilization on emerging corporate bias issues
- Contribute to planning, strategy development, and organizational decision-making
- Work cross-functionally to integrate programs into broader organizational strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Manage program staff, consultants, and vendors as needed
- Maintain detailed records of coalition activities, partnerships, and program outcomes
- Prepare regular reports and high-quality updates for leadership and external stakeholders on program progress and impact
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in nonprofit program management, coalition building, or issue-based advocacy
- Deep alignment with 1792 Exchange's mission to reduce corporate bias and promote neutrality in American institutions
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, ESG issues, and constitutional principles
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and oversee budgets
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups including businesses, nonprofits, and government entities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
