Responsibilities
Church Partnership & Engagement
- Initiate and develop partnerships with churches by clearly communicating Made4More's mission to pastors, staff, and ministry leaders.
- Serve as a primary liaison to church partners, providing regular communication and relational support.
- Plan and coordinate outreach activities within churches (e.g., info sessions, Sunday representation, special events).
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to implement strategies for donor acquisition and relationship-building with potential investors.
- Leverage networks to help cultivate and build a new base of individual, church, and business donors in the valley who support the mission.
- Support major gift cultivation efforts and identify prospects for long-term investment and possible legacy giving.
- Assist in planning and executing advancement events such as donor breakfasts, Kingdom Business Meetups, and other Made4More Business Community gatherings.
- Recruit and onboard new business partners to serve as internship hosts and mentors across a variety of industries (e.g., trades, healthcare, business, tech).
- Represent Made4More at local business networking events, functions, and faith-based meetups.
- Connect with Christian professionals and values-aligned businesses to expand our network of mentors and marketplace leaders.
- A deep personal alignment with Made4More’s Kingdom-driven mission and values.
- Proven experience in business development, advancement, community outreach, sales, or
