CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a dependable Full Time Delivery Clerk. The pharmacy delivery clerk is responsible for preparing all of the deliveries to leave the pharmacy daily.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. Current driver’s license in good standing
2. Proof of auto insurance
3. Clean driving record
4. Flexible Schedule
5. Basic computer skills
6. Age 18 or older
7. Strong organizational skills
SPECIFIC PHARMACY DUTIES:
•Accurately and correctly prepares delivery manifests.
•Sorts orders for drivers by location and delivery schedule.
•Assists drivers with deliveries when short-handed.
•Assists in organizing the shipping of pharmacy orders to distant locations.
•Assists with upkeep and repair of vehicles, including oil changes & registrations.
•Restocks delivery supplies daily (bags, tape, boxes).
•Handles returned or refused product from facilities.
•Assists manager with pick-up & return schedule accountability.
•Utilizes technology to perform duties.
•Arrives to work on time.
•Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
