The Part-Time Input/Delivery Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering prescription data into the pharmacy system and coordinating the preparation and delivery of medications to patients and facilities. Delivery Coordination
Coordinate daily delivery schedules based on priority, location, and cut-off times.
Prepare, label, and organize prescriptions for delivery.
Work with delivery drivers to ensure they have accurate manifests and instructions.
Track deliveries and assist in resolving delivery issues or delays.
Compliance & Quality
Follow all pharmacy policies and procedures, including HIPAA and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for prescriptions and deliveries.
Assist in quality checks, returns, and corrections as needed.
Schedule
Part-time, three days per week
Regular schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Occasional flexibility may be required based on pharmacy needs.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Prior experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or healthcare setting.
Experience with delivery coordination, dispatch, or scheduling.
Pharmacy technician registration or license (if required by state).
