- Minimum 6 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing 300 residential units
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and financial management skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations and onsite staff
- Maximize occupancy and resident retention
- Oversee leasing, rent collections, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and monitor property performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve resident concerns promptly
