Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist prospective residents.
- Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and lease documents.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate leasing records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
Qualifications:
- Leasing experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and organized.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with leasing software is a plus.
