Duties
- Perform comprehensive remodeling tasks including tile masonry, flooring installation, drywall repair, plastering, stucco application, and trim carpentry to enhance property aesthetics and functionality
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, gutters, and various building materials following blueprint specifications and construction plans
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Utilize power tools and hand tools proficiently for cutting, measuring, fitting, and finishing work with precision
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute projects according to design requirements
- Manage construction site activities including material handling, site cleanup, and ensuring a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project progress and addressing any concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling trades such as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Proficiency in using bluebeam software for digital blueprint review and construction management tasks
- Skilled in construction estimating, planning, and inspection processes to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and dimensional measurements accurately
- Experience with gutter installation, tile laying, concrete finishing, restoration work, and fixture installation is highly desirable
- Knowledge of building materials including drywall, stucco, plaster, trim components, flooring options, and masonry products
- Competent in the use of ladders safely for elevated work tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Valid experience operating power tools and hand tools safely on various job sites
- Ability to follow detailed blueprints and technical specifications precisely
