Guest Service Hosts are the mountain’s front-line crew. You’re the “Hey! Welcome!” and the “Yep—this way!” and the calm, capable energy when it gets busy.
Your day might include:
- Guest guidance in the base area on the mountain
- Parking support shuttle driving
- Welcoming groups and keeping check-ins smooth
- Helping with gear, Lost & Found, and guest problem-solving
- Pitching in with shoveling/sanding crowd flow during peak moments
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, confident, and helpful
- Stays organized and jumps in without being asked
- Can work weekends/holidays
- Skis or rides at an intermediate level
