Duties (NOT ALL INCLUSIVE): 

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding watersports activities and services. 

  • Provide accurate information about our offerings, pricing, availability, and policies. 

  • Assist customers with making reservations, cancellations, and modifications. 

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. 

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details to customers. 

  • Record and update customer information in the company’s database. 

  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and confirm reservations. 

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 

  • Stay informed about company promotions, events, and special offers. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Must be able to walk on various types of surfaces including rough terrain, sitting, standing, maintaining balance, on the beach, and in the water, and working alone. 
  • Must be able to work various work settings such as exposure to sunlight and outside temperature.   
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails. 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 
  • Knowledge of watersports activities and equipment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely. 
  • Must be willing to work holidays, nights, and weekends.  
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.  
  • Team Player, positive and enthusiastic attitude.  

 

Compensation:

Starting at $20/hour Commission

Work Arrangement:

This is a fully remote position.
