Luxe Foot Surgery is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Coordinator to become a key part of our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, feels confident guiding patients, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
As the main point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience — from the first inquiry to scheduled care — while also supporting light content initiatives that help educate and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups while maintaining an organized patient flow
- Clearly communicate services, procedures, and expectations in a patient-friendly manner
- Assist with simple, short-form content such as educational clips, FAQs, or behind-the-scenes moments
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and scheduling systems (training provided)
Ideal Candidate
- Background in call center coordination, sales, customer service, or patient relations
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable appearing in short, casual videos or on camera when needed
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled at managing multiple conversations simultaneously
- Experience in medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic settings is a plus but not required
