- Lead by Example: As a Director of Nursing, you will be expected to provide direction, guidance, and support to our nursing staff while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with our physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that our facility adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.
- Foster a Positive Work Environment: Promote a culture of open communication, respect, and professionalism, empowering our staff to provide exceptional patient care and services.
Director of Nursing DON Registered Nurse RN Responsibilities:

Director of Nursing DON Registered Nurse RN Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare PCC software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely
