The Role
As a Talent Manager, you’ll bring organizational excellence and a big heart to every touchpoint across Red Antler Group. You’ll be a key player on our Talent team, balancing the art and science of people operations. You’ll partner across the business to deliver seamless recruiting, support vibrant culture, and power learning and development.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role: you’ll turn strategy into action, move projects forward, and help ensure that Red Antler Group is a place where bold ideas flourish.
What You’ll Do
Full-cycle recruiting, from posting roles and screening candidates to orchestrating memorable, human-centered interview experiences.
Improve key Talent processes—making sure they’re organized, equitable, and aligned with our culture.
Help drive onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, equipped, and inspired from day one.
Support and activate learning, mentorship, and professional development programs across the group.
Collaborate on company-wide culture initiatives and employee engagement moments—infusing each with creativity, inclusion, and energy.
Manage Talent team projects, timelines, and communication, keeping work moving and stakeholders in the loop.
Help build and amplify our employer brand in the creative community, connecting Red Antler Group with bold thinkers and makers.
Gather feedback, monitor engagement, and surface insights to the Talent team and leaders to help our organization grow stronger together.

What You’ll Bring
7 years of experience in Recruiting and HR or people operations in a creative environment.
Proven organizational, project management, and communication skills—you love a good spreadsheet, a smart process, and a clear plan.
Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee programs; you thrive working across culture, learning, and operations.
Familiarity with platforms like Lattice (for feedback and growth), Breezy (for recruiting), or Paylocity (for payroll and HR)—or the curiosity to learn them quickly.
Curiosity and openness to using AI and new tools to streamline existing processes.
A collaborator’s mindset: you build strong relationships and know how to bring people together, both one-on-one and across teams.
Empathy, authenticity, and an ability to keep things moving, even when the day gets busy.
