Stalwart Talent Management in NYC seeks a highly organized and passionate Assistant Talent Manager to support a diverse roster of talent for television, film, commercial and print projects. This is a contracted position with a commission-based compensation structure, and flexibility for remote work accommodations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Submissions:
- Assist with commercial and print submissions.
- Assist in reviewing media requests/self-tapes and new talent submissions.
- Create client push lists for select on-camera projects in television and film.
Correspondence:
- Liaise with casting personnel, ad agencies, producers, agents and clients via email and phone.
Data Entry:
- Maintain the Stalwart Calendar and internal databases via Google Suites.
- Maintain client profiles on casting platforms.
- Assist in onboarding new clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in similar administrative roles ie. casting office, talent agency, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- A love for entertainment and actors.
