We’re looking for a VP of Growth focused on established companies to join our team.

The Role

As VP of Growth, you will architect and lead Red Antler’s outbound new business strategy from the ground up. Your mandate: create and implement a best-in-class process that enables our team to systematically identify, evaluate, and win the right opportunities. You’ll design the frameworks and guide our internal teams so everyone knows where we’re going and how we’ll get there.

You’ll bring proven executive experience in building new business pipelines and outbound GTMs for leading agencies or creative organizations. You know how to design strategies that move beyond passive inquiry, proactively cultivating new relationships, opening doors with C-suite leaders at established, enterprise-scale companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and own Red Antler’s outbound new business strategy, building scalable processes for opportunity identification, pursuit, and conversion.

  • Develop and implement a framework to help the team rigorously evaluate inbound and outbound leads—so we know which opportunities to chase and how to approach them to win.

  • Lead Red Antler’s highest-value outbound pitches and proposal processes, acting as the senior face of the agency in conversations with enterprise clients and CMOs.

  • Mentor and guide the new business team, elevating discipline, focus, and creative ambition across every touchpoint.

  • Partner with executive leadership and discipline heads to align new business pursuits with Red Antler’s strengths and creative vision.

  • Deepen relationships with key industry decision makers—search consultants, procurement, and especially senior marketing leaders.

  • Surface emerging trends and insights that inform our new business targeting and help us continually evolve our approach.
  • Identifying thought leadership areas based on existing Red Antler cases and broader cultural/business trends which could inform agency white papers.

About You

  • 15 years in business development or new business, with a demonstrated record of running outbound strategy at the executive level within top agencies or consultancies.

  • Deep experience architecting new business processes—building pipelines, designing frameworks, and bringing teams along for the ride.

  • A track record of leading complex proposals and pitches for enterprise-scale clients, with hands-on experience interfacing and negotiating directly with CMOs and senior leadership.

  • Expert at synthesizing agency goals, creative vision, and market opportunity into actionable new business strategies.

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, able to earn trust at every level, both internally and with the most senior client stakeholders.

  • Deep industry network and a passion for helping brands break through and shape the future.
