What Youll Do
- Direct and oversee all safety and security operations for the facility.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the safety/security team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, budget management, and operational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and local authorities on investigations involving security risks such as escapes, disturbances, or thefts.
- Develop, review, and implement safety/security policies, procedures, and emergency operations plans.
- Act as advisor during emergency responses, ensuring preparedness and effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and accreditation bodies.
- Monitor department systems, staffing, and resources to maximize efficiency without compromising safety.
What Were Looking For
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience
- 5 years in a secure treatment setting, with at least 3 years in management (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Licenses & Certifications
- Valid state drivers license (required)
