What Youll Do
- Perform regular safety rounds and wellness checks throughout the facility
- Monitor and support the well-being and accountability of individuals served
- Assist with treatment plans by providing input and supporting de-escalation strategies
- Guide individuals served through daily routines, maintaining communication and structure
- Supervise and provide support during off-site activities, including appointments and court trips
- Monitor environmental safety by inspecting equipment, systems, and facility structures
- Respond to emergencies and assist clinical staff with crisis situations
- Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain a safe environment
