recseekers has been retained by a highly regarded international Life Sciences search firm headquartered in Miami, looking to appoint an experienced recruiter within its expanding Go-to-Market (GTM) practice.
The opportunity sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Life Sciences and emerging technologies, supporting high-growth businesses as they commercialise new products, secure investment and scale their US operations.
AI-native Biotech, TechBio, computational drug discovery, precision medicine, genomics, digital therapeutics and AI-enabled Pharma are creating significant demand for commercial talent.
You’ll focus on senior GTM appointments across Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations and executive leadership, working with venture-backed startups, high-growth scale-ups and established global Life Sciences organisations.
You’ll be joining an established, highly profitable search platform with live mandates, existing client relationships and a team of proven seven-figure billers.

The opportunity
You’ll operate a full 360 recruitment desk, developing relationships with Founders, CEOs, CROs, CCOs, VPs of Sales and other senior commercial decision-makers.
The focus is on building long-term partnerships with businesses operating across the Life Sciences ecosystem, identifying their commercial hiring requirements and delivering senior-level appointments across the US.
The commission structure is a significant differentiator.
With average fees around $60,000, multiple consultants billing upwards of $1m annually and a genuinely uncapped commission model, the platform is designed to reward strong commercial performance.
Importantly, this isn’t a cold start. You’ll have access to existing client relationships, live requirements, established delivery infrastructure and a high-performing team already operating successfully across the market.
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in experienced 360 recruiters with a demonstrable track record of business development, client acquisition and consistent billings.
Previous Life Sciences recruitment experience is not essential.
You could currently specialise in SaaS, Enterprise Technology, Artificial Intelligence, FinTech or another technical market, provided you have experience recruiting GTM and commercial professionals.
Experience engaging with C-suite executives, developing strategic accounts, winning retained assignments and building specialist markets would be particularly relevant.
The business is open to recruiters who want to remain high-performing individual contributors, alongside those with longer-term ambitions to build and lead a team.
Location requirement
Candidates must currently be based in Miami or within approximately one hour’s commute of Brickell.
This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the Brickell office and one day working remotely.
It is not a fully remote opportunity.
