Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB, asset, knowledge, service catalog, reporting, etc.).
- Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate processes.
- Support data conversion tasks: mapping, transformation, imports, and validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production.
- Ensure developed solutions comply with City security and performance requirements.
- Provide technical documentation for developed customizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery).
