What You Will Do
- Manage a family law caseload with increasing independence
- Represent clients in hearings, status conferences, mediation, and other court proceedings
- Draft strong, well-organized pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Develop case strategy and move matters forward efficiently
- Communicate directly with clients in a clear, confident, and professional manner
- Work closely with paralegals, attorneys, and firm leadership to deliver excellent service and strong outcomes
- Participate in consultations and help build client confidence through professionalism and responsiveness
- Maintain a minimum annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours

- At least 2 years of family law, domestic litigation, or closely related courtroom experience
- Strong litigation, hearing, and case-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in either our DTC/Greenwood Village office, Fort Collins office, or our Colorado Springs office. The position is primarily in-office during on boarding and training. Hybrid flexibility may be available after approximately 90 days, depending on performance, training progress, and firm needs.
Base salary depending on experience, litigation ability, family law background, case-management skill, referral relationships, portable business, and overall fit for the role. Bonus opportunity is also available and will be discussed during the interview process.
For highly qualified candidates with substantial family law experience, leadership ability, or a portable book of business, compensation structure is negotiable.
Pay: $135,965.20 - $210,753.79 per year
