Associate Attorney (Hawaii Licensed)
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney licensed in Hawaii. This is a primarily remote position with two weeks of in-office training. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Responsibilities
- Handle matters including pre-litigation, settlements, bankruptcy, foreclosure, evictions, and light litigation
- Represent clients in hearings and maintain client communication
- Manage deadlines, filings, billing, and case strategy
- Work independently while following guidance from the Managing Attorney
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Hawaii law license
- 1β2 years of experience preferred (less considered for the right candidate)
- Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work remotely with professionalism and integrity
Additional Requirements
- Travel to Hawaii Circuit and U.S. District Courts as needed
- Attend remote Bankruptcy Court and outer island hearings
