Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
- Own and manage the complete client onboarding process from contract signing through activation.
- Gather required assets, documentation, credentials, and system access.
- Establish clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and expectations.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that builds client confidence from day one.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Escalate strategic concerns, risks, or delivery challenges when necessary.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Manage multiple client accounts and implementation projects simultaneously.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
- Ensure project management systems and workflows remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet company standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and organized client records.
- Support client retention through exceptional service, communication, and execution.
- Proactively identify risks that could impact client satisfaction or retention.
- Drive continuous improvement across onboarding and delivery processes.
- 3–5 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Client Services, or Implementation Management.
- Proven track record managing high-value client relationships.
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency, consulting firm, or service-based business.
- Strong organizational, project management, and operational execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing operations, lead generation, sales funnels, CRM automation, and client delivery workflows.
- Experience coordinating done-for-you services, implementation projects, or marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with agency operations, client retention strategies, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or client-facing consulting teams.
