wWe are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced AV systems in high-end residential environments

.Key Responsibilitie

• sSystem Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics; resolve technical issues promptly to minimize client downtime
• .Client Service: Deliver excellent client experiences by communicating clearly, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Conduct demonstrations and training sessions
• .Technical Expertise: Stay current with AV industry trends and technologies. Maintain proficiency with Control4, Crestron Home, Savant, and/or Lutron control systems
• .Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and client interactions
• .Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all installations and repairs to ensure they meet company standards
• .Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of AV solutions

.Qualification

• sEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in electronics, AV technology, or related field preferred
• .Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of AV installation and service experience in luxury residential environments
• .Technical Skills: Proficient in AV system setup including projectors, screens, audio systems, smart home devices, and network configurations. Strong understanding of signal flow, wiring, and AV protocols
• .Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
• .Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
• .Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail ensuring all installations are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally flawless
• .Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks requiring climbing ladders or working at heights
