Lead Luxury Residential AV Technician
Nassau County, NY
We are a premier residential technology integrator seeking an experienced Lead Luxury Residential AV Technician to oversee high-end smart home installations and lead field operations throughout Nassau County.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of residential AV technicians on job sites
- Install and commission luxury residential AV and home theater systems
- Program and configure Control4, Savant, and/or Lutron systems
- Oversee rack builds, structured wiring, and quality control standards
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and support service calls
- Act as a client-facing technical lead ensuring a white-glove experience
- Coordinate with project managers, programmers, and designers
Skills & Experience
- 4 years in residential AV or custom integration
- Proven experience leading technicians or installation teams
- Programming experience with Control4, Savant, and/or Lutron
- Strong background in AV installs, home theater, and system commissioning
- Solid understanding of low-voltage wiring, AV signal flow, and networking basics
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented leadership style
Location: Must be able to support projects throughout Nassau County, NY

Salary : $62,400 - $85,000
