Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This is a long-term, part-time role offering 15–20 flexible hours per week, with the ability to work partially from home. One in-office day on Tuesdays is required, as this is when the team meets to stay aligned.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including paying bills and taxes
- Support payroll administration through Gusto
- Assist with QuickBooks entries
- Oversee basic website updates through GoDaddy
- Provide customer service support via phone and email
- Help manage marketing efforts, including a VRBO property listing
- Support renovation and property flip projects; P&L familiarity preferred
- General administrative duties as needed to keep operations efficient
Preferred Experience
- Previous executive assistant or office management experience
- Strong bookkeeping skills; QuickBooks proficiency required
- Customer service background
- Marketing or short-term rental experience (VRBO/Airbnb) is a plus
