Job Duties:
- Prepare and Complete outgoing paperwork, tickets, packing lists and invoices
- Ordering of parts and supplies as needed
- Complete incoming paperwork, track parts
- Light HR duties to include, managing employee benefits, managing employee time, enter payroll, etc.
- Must have basic accounting knowledge and QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online experience.
- Clear communication with customers and vendors.
- Receive and enter vendor bills, receive customer payments, create deposits.
- Excel, Word, Microsoft Windows daily
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years of prior Office Manager experience
- Experience with administrative and operational paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, tickets, and parts tracking
- Working knowledge of basic accounting, including QuickBooks (Desktop or Online), vendor bills, customer payments, and deposits
- Ability to support light HR and payroll functions such as time tracking, payroll entry, and benefits administration
- Strong communication skills with customers and vendors, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows systems
