Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and manage financial records. This role requires a professional with strong administrative skills, experience in bookkeeping, and the ability to coordinate various office functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth office workflows and accurate financial management. Prior experience in real estate contracts and bookkeeping is preferred.

Duties

  • Review real estate contracts, save, and summarize important data for the owner
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, payables, expense tracking by project, and financial reporting
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access to documents
  • Coordinate event planning for company meetings or special events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles, 2 years preferred
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Microsoft OneDrive
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts and accounting is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Pay: $ $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
