What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of the local executive team, driving and aligning supply chain strategy with broader business goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading international supply chain operations, optimizing global sourcing and distribution networks
- Overseeing procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Driving cost efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and risk mitigation
- Implementing modern technology solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS)
- Managing supplier relationships and global vendor performance
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team
What You Bring:
- 15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing or equipment-driven environment
- Proven expertise managing global logistics and international import/export
- Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
- Deep knowledge of ERP and supply chain management systems
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
