Job Title: Director of Supply Chain

Location: Irvine, CA

Employment Type: Direct Hire, Permanent

Compensation: $180,000 annual base salary bonus DOE

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (on-site and remote flexibility)

Overview

Seeking a strategic leader to oversee global supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution. This role will drive efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability across domestic and international networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead international logistics and trade compliance
• Manage supplier relationships and strategic sourcing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations
• Optimize systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) and drive process improvements
• Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team

Qualifications

• 15 years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in manufacturing
• Master's degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience with global sourcing, trade regulations, and ERP systems
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
