What You Will Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will help architect and scale the foundational infrastructure powering pre-production environments across engineering. This includes designing the next generation of Kubernetes-based “Ephemeral Infrastructure” used for development, automated testing, demos, and security validation.
You will:

Design, build, and evolve the company’s Ephemeral Infrastructure platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with Ephemeral environment tooling.

Drive significant improvements to internal tooling, developer experience, and infrastructure automation.

Enable engineers to rapidly spin up isolated, fully functional test environments for development, QA, penetration testing, customer demos, and more.

Create world-class internal documentation, standards, and workflows that promote tool adoption.

Own infrastructure reliability and partner with engineers to ensure performance, scalability, and simplicity.
Ideal Background
Minimum Requirements

5 years in DevOps, SRE, or comparable infrastructure-focused role.

5 years of deep, hands-on Kubernetes production experience (designing, deploying, operating).

Strong proficiency with Golang (required).

Extensive production experience with AWS services—EKS, EC2, S3, networking, IAM.

Advanced Linux expertise (architecture, debugging, performance, operations).

Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure patterns, automation, IaC, and container orchestration.
Preferred Qualifications

Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Architect (CKA, CKAD).

Experience designing or maintaining Kubernetes operators.

Strong CI/CD experience: automated pipelines, test coverage, deployment workflows.

Broad DevOps expertise: scripting, infrastructure as code, configuration management, automation.

Familiarity with tools like ArgoCD, Artifactory, Harness, or similar platforms.

Strong collaboration skills and experience thriving on remote, distributed teams.
