- Experience with configuration management tools such as:

- Ansible
- Similar automation tools
- Experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
- Comfortable providing internal Tier-1 technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure ownership mindset.
- Experience in startup or high-growth engineering environments.
- Experience supporting embedded systems, firmware, telecom, IoT, or hardware-focused engineering teams.
- Familiarity with:
- HITL testing
- Robotics/lab infrastructure
- SonarScanner
- Pytest
- Elasticsearch
- Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Hybrid onsite requirement: minimum 3 days per week.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
- Stable employment history preferred.
