What You Will Do

Own and manage high-value relationships with recruiting firms using the platform

Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them improve performance, workflows, and revenue generation

Drive revenue outcomes by identifying growth opportunities, increasing engagement, and optimizing marketplace activity

Build and scale operational systems to improve onboarding, retention, and productivity across the recruiter network

Run experiments across incentives, workflows, and tooling to improve marketplace liquidity and efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and go-to-market teams to improve platform capabilities

Translate real-world partner feedback into product and operational improvements

Identify bottlenecks across the recruiter lifecycle and implement scalable solutions

Operate in a fast-paced environment with full ownership over outcomes and measurable impact
Ideal Candidate Background

2–8 years of experience in account management, operations, or customer-facing roles
-
Proven experience owning and driving revenue targets (e.g., upsells, expansion, or GMV growth)

Background in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments (Series A to pre-IPO preferred)

Strong track record of managing complex client relationships and driving measurable outcomes

Experience working in marketplace, SaaS, ad tech, or operations-heavy businesses

Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing presence

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and execute quickly

Based in (or willing to relocate to) San Francisco and work onsite full-time
