The Role
This is a true Senior Project Manager role on a large, ground-up multifamily project.
You will own the job from preconstruction through closeout.
This is not a support PM role.
This is not a step-up role.
This is not an office coordinator position.
Non-Negotiables (Read This Before Applying)
You must have:
- Senior Project Manager experience on ground-up multifamily
- Construction experience (mid-rise / podium / high-rise)
- Experience running projects $75M
- Daily, hands-on Procore experience (required)
- Florida construction experience
- Experience leading precon, buyout, contracts, and execution
- Experience managing PMs, APMs, Supers, and full project teams
If you don’t check these boxes, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Own
- Full project ownership from preconstruction to closeout
- Buyout, subcontractor selection, and contract execution
- Schedule, budget, forecasting, and cost control
- Procore: RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps (daily use)
- OAC meetings and direct communication with ownership and design teams
- Leadership of the full project team
- Accountability for quality, schedule, and delivery
What This Is NOT
- Not hybrid or remote
- Not a junior or learning role
- Not civil, infrastructure, or tenant improvement work
This is a vertical concrete multifamily build.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $170,000 base, DOE
