Project Manager - Florida Multifamily Projects

The Role

This is a Project Manager role supporting ground-up multifamily construction in South Florida.

We are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers who have already been responsible for managing active multifamily projects and are comfortable owning the day-to-day execution alongside field leadership.

This role is best suited for someone who understands how multifamily projects actually run and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the West Palm Beach market.

Experience We Are Looking For

You should have experience with:

• Ground-up multifamily construction
• Mid-rise, podium, wood-frame, or concrete projects
• Managing scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Daily use of Procore for RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Working closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Supporting or managing projects in the $30M range
• Florida construction experience required

Backgrounds focused primarily on TI, hospitality, civil, or infrastructure are less likely to align.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management on active multifamily projects
• Subcontractor coordination and scope management
• RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications in Procore
• Schedule updates, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Supporting buyout and contract execution
• Coordination with Superintendents, ownership, and design teams
• Accountability for quality, schedule, and budget
