Known for its long-term investment philosophy and low staff turnover, the firm offers an outstanding professional environment marked by collaboration, analytical rigor, and genuine work-life balance.Employees enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits (including fully paid medical insurance), and excellent perks such as daily catered lunches, an on-site gym with a personal trainer, and a culture that prizes intellectual curiosity and integrity.This position reports directly to the COO and plays a key role in advancing the firm’s performance analytics and investment data infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of performance measurement, risk analysis, attribution, and statistical reporting across global equity portfolios.Perform rate-of-return recalculations (including attribution and convexity) and manage performance reconciliations.Construct, maintain, and report investment composites while ensuring accuracy and GIPS compliance.Develop standardized performance analytics for portfolios and composites to enhance transparency and consistency.Build attribution models aligned with investment strategies, incorporating risk-based attribution and ex-ante risk simulations.Create and maintain screening tools to define investable universes based on investment team parameters.Produce attribution and analytical reporting for internal and external strategic communications.Partner with marketing and client service teams to provide analytical insights into portfolio performance drivers and risk exposures.Support GIPS verification processes and manage documentation for external audits.Expand the firm’s risk analytics capabilities, including liquidity, volatility, and country-risk assessments.Reconcile separately managed accounts (SMAs) and funds against the IBOR and independently verify valuations.Deliver daily valuations and estimated performance within the OMS environment.Act as a key internal data resource, responding promptly to performance and analytics inquiries.Learn, optimize, and enhance existing research and data platforms (including EDS and other customized tools).Identify workflow efficiencies and lead process automation through advanced system integration and design.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of performance analysis, data management, or related experience within the investment management industry.Strong background in global equity performance measurement and in-depth understanding of reporting standards (GIPS, SEC, FMPS).Advanced proficiency with Excel and FactSet (required); experience with EDS and data visualization tools is highly desirable.Company DescriptionGreat Benefits and Culture here!
