We are growing quickly and seeking a dynamic, business-minded General Manager to help lead our team and drive operational excellence.Position OverviewThe General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience, leading staff, and driving membership and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in sports, fitness, or hospitality management and a passion for developing both people and programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OperationsOversee daily facility operations, scheduling, and staffingImplement and maintain operational standards, safety protocols, and facility policiesLead, coach, and develop trainers, front desk staff, and support personnelManage inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor relationshipsBusiness Development & SalesDrive membership growth, program enrollment, and revenue targetsCreate and manage marketing initiatives, promotions, and community outreachTrack key performance metrics and analyze financial/operational reportsBuild relationships with schools, teams, coaches, and local organizationsCustomer ExperienceEnsure exceptional service and a welcoming environment for athletes and familiesAddress customer concerns quickly and professionallyOversee program quality and athlete satisfactionAdministrationManage payroll, scheduling, budgeting, and expense controlCoordinate with owners on strategic planning and long-term growthEnsure compliance with all regulations, insurance requirements, and safety standardsQualificationsHighly organized with strong problem-solving abilities3–10 years of management experience in sports, fitness, recreation, hospitality, or related fields (preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to meet revenue goals and manage budgetsExperience hiring, training, and motivating teamsPassion for sports, athletic development, and community engagementCPR/AED or other relevant certifications (preferred)
