To support continued growth within their Animal Nutrition business, they are seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across two Colorado facilities. This individual will play a critical role in driving asset reliability, improving equipment performance, developing maintenance strategies, and building a high-performing maintenance organization that supports safe, efficient, and reliable production

What you GET to DO with this industry-leading company:

  • Lead all maintenance operations across the Denver manufacturing facility and Commerce City bulk operation, including equipment reliability, utilities, buildings, and grounds
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs that reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Manage maintenance and capital budgets while ensuring effective allocation of resources and maintenance spending.
  • Lead CAPEX projects from initial scope development through execution and project closeout.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Safety teams to support production goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
  • Drive maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order execution through CMMS systems and best practices
  • Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance teams while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement


What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • High School Diploma with 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field with 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience.
  • Strong background leading maintenance operations in manufacturing, feed, grain, food, or similar industrial environments.
  • Experience managing CAPEX projects from concept through completion.
  • Proven success driving performance through KPIs such as downtime reduction, PM completion, reliability, and cost control.
  • Hands-on knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred), industrial electrical systems, mechanical power transmission, and maintenance best practices.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, GMPs, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and drive results across multiple teams.

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
