Their team operates as an extension of their customers’ IT organizations, providing expert guidance, hands-on management, and proactive support across their Microsoft environments.
As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Expert with deep expertise in Intune and the Microsoft Defender suite to join their team in the Austin, Texas area. This individual will design, implement, and manage modern workplace solutions across multiple customer environments, operating as a trusted advisor in enterprise or MSP settings

- Endpoint & device management: Deploy, configure, and manage Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android; enforce compliance, conditional access, and app protection policies under a zero-trust strategy
- Security & threat protection: Administer the full Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps); monitor and respond to alerts and incidents; optimize threat protection and advanced hunting
- Identity & compliance: Configure Entra identity (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM) and governance/compliance features (Purview, DLP, retention) aligned to customer regulatory requirements
- Collaboration services: Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; support tenant migrations and multi-tenant configuration
- Automation & reporting: Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate tasks; build dashboards for compliance, security posture, and service health; document processes
What YOU NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role
- 4 years hands-on managing Microsoft 365 production environments
- Expert-level Intune and Defender skills; strong M365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Entra identity, and PowerShell automation experience
- Certifications (one or more preferred): SC-100, SC-200, MD-102, AZ-500, SC-300, SC-401
- Strong problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and documentation skills
