Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Janitorial Operations Area Manager to oversee environmental and janitorial operations across multiple client locations throughout Northern Colorado, including Longmont, Lakewood, Westminster, and Fort Morgan.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, employee engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, safety compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of accountability, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
This is a salaried leadership position with primary operational focus on evening and night shift support, with occasional daytime responsibilities based on business needs, client meetings, training, audits, and operational support.
Compensation
- Salary: $105,000 annually
- Full-time salaried position

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily janitorial and environmental services operations across assigned accounts
- Lead, coach, and support site supervisors and frontline team members
- Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and operational walkthroughs
- Ensure staffing coverage, labor management, and scheduling efficiency
- Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and operational excellence
- Support hiring, onboarding, corrective actions, coaching, and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client expectations
- Manage inventory, equipment readiness, and supply distribution
- Assist with operational problem-solving, emergency coverage, and escalation management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Support special projects, floor care operations, and periodic cleaning programs as needed
Schedule Expectations
- Primary schedule focused on evening/night operations
- Flexibility required to support occasional daytime meetings, training sessions, audits, and operational needs
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations throughout Northern Colorado
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of janitorial, EVS, facilities, or building services management experience
- Multi-site management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing labor, staffing, and operational budgets
- Ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of janitorial best practices, safety standards, and quality control processes
- Healthcare, commercial, industrial, or large-scale facility experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
