What You'll Be Doing
In this React-focused role, you will:
- Lead front-end development for complex, production-grade web applications using React and JavaScript
- Translate UX designs, user stories, and business requirements into intuitive, high-performance UI components
- Build reusable React components and front-end libraries to improve development velocity and consistency
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders
- Enhance and support web and mobile-friendly applications used by clinicians and field staff
- Participate heavily in code reviews, front-end architecture decisions, and UI standards
- Mentor junior developers on React best practices, design patterns, and testing strategies
- 2–3 years of professional experience building React-based applications in production
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6 ), React, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with modern React patterns (hooks, context, component-driven architecture)
- Familiarity with front-end tooling (Webpack, npm/yarn, linting, testing frameworks)
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization and scalable UI design
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs (.NET APIs exposure is a plus)
- Healthcare, EMR, or regulated-industry experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Cursor) is a plus
