What will you do?- Lead investigations when defects or escapes occur—driving 8D-based corrective actions to closure.
- Keep control plans current and effective; verify in-process and final inspections; enforce quality procedures.
- Dive into quality metrics (including SPC) to pinpoint improvement opportunities and reduce risk.
- Partner across the supply chain and plant operations to prepare for and support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
- Review and approve product release packages, deviations, and rework documentation.
- Exercise stop-production authority whenever safety or quality is at stake.
- ISO9001 manufacturing Quality Engineering experience.
- Fluency with 8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, and PPAP.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong analytical problem-solving skill.
