We are currently searching for someone to work as a Facilities maintenance and repair
Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep for a very busy and stable company located in Jefferson Parish.
This position will pay $17 per hour to start and the hours are typically 8am-4pm. There will also be
rotating hours every 3rd-4th weekend. During the on call hours the pay is overtime.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
answering phone calls
dispatching technicians and vendors
following up with the customer to verify work has been completed
data entry
email response
scheduling routine maintenance work
taking and responding to emergency facilities calls
providing excellent customer service
Ideal candidate will have great communication skills both written and verbal as well as have an excellent
customer service attitude
Required:
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
3 years working in an office setting
Organized
Reliable, on time, able to work a full time position
Able to work independently
Mature
Experience working within a facilities type role is a plus
Salary : $17
