POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director of Nursing will be responsible for::
- Overseeing the overall quality of care throughout the facility.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a team-oriented nursing staff.
- Ensuring full compliance with Federal, State, and Department of Health (DOH) regulations.
- Fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment with the backing of a strong and experienced management team.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Must have several years of nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- A proven track record of nursing team development and mentorship.
- In-depth understanding of clinical operations, regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Active NY RN license
