Staff Associates for hospitality and food service assignments.  Opportunities may include corporate dining facilities, universities, stadium concessions, hotels, and catered events. You will help guests place orders, process payments accurately, and keep service moving during busy periods.

• Greet guests courteously, answer routine menu questions, and confirm orders before entering them into the point of sale system.
• Enter items, quantities, and prices accurately. Communicate orders and special requests clearly to the food service team.
• Process card and contactless payments, accept cash where permitted, provide correct change, and issue receipts.
• Verify assigned cash drawers, keep funds secure, and reconcile cash and transaction records at the end of the shift. Report discrepancies promptly.
• Follow supervisor approval procedures for discounts, refunds, and voids. Protect register access and customer payment information.
• Handle routine guest concerns professionally. Refer payment problems, equipment failures, and unresolved complaints to a supervisor.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized; replenish receipt paper, bags, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
• Support opening and closing duties and follow food safety, hygiene, and venue procedures. Refer allergy questions to the appropriate food service staff.

• Minimum of three years of relevant cashier, POS, or hospitality customer service experience.
• Comfort using touchscreen registers and payment terminals, with accurate basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay courteous and organized during busy service periods.
• Dependable attendance, a cooperative approach, and reliable transportation to and from the assigned worksite.
• Food handler, TIPS, or other service credentials when required for the assignment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Shifts vary by assignment and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Staff Associates must be available for the shifts they accept, including assigned opening and closing duties.

The work involves standing for extended periods, using a touchscreen or register repeatedly, reaching, bending, and moving supplies as assigned.  Staff Associates must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Arrive on time in the assigned clean uniform and required footwear.  Follow personal hygiene, safety, and venue security procedures.
