Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team! Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential business leads through warm calling and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities to generate interest and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with B2B (business-to-business) clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored technology solutions.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services to communicate their benefits clearly and confidently during sales conversations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your technical sales skills, product knowledge, and industry insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing, preferably within technology or software industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and lead qualification processes.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques specific to technology or technical products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles related to lead generation and prospecting strategies.
