Overview
Fast-growing digital marketing agency hiring a Sales Executive to lead outbound sales and business development within the behavioral healthcare space (detox, residential, PHP, IOP, OP treatment centers, and mental health providers). This is a remote position, candidates must be based in Texas, ideal for candidates with 3 years outbound sales experience and direct experience working with or selling to behavioral health treatment organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound sales efforts via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking, and direct relationship building
  • Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new business opportunities with behavioral health treatment providers
  • Maintain an active prospect pipeline in HubSpot CRM
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and customized digital marketing partnership plans
  • Represent the company at behavioral healthcare conferences, networking events, and trade shows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, admissions, executive, and operations teams
  • Track outreach, client engagement, and sales metrics consistently in CRM
  • Support process improvement for sales strategy, compliance messaging, and client acquisition tools

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of outbound sales experience (healthcare or digital marketing preferred)
  • Direct experience in behavioral healthcare (treatment centers, addiction recovery, mental health, or dual-diagnosis organizations required)
  • Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
  • Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Comfort attending in-person industry events and networking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in behavioral healthcare organizations
  • Experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with Basecamp or similar PM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field

Work Schedule & Environment

  • Remote (Must live within TX)
  • Travel required for conferences and industry networking

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
