Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound sales efforts via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, networking, and direct relationship building
- Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new business opportunities with behavioral health treatment providers

Required Qualifications

- Direct experience in behavioral healthcare (treatment centers, addiction recovery, mental health, or dual-diagnosis organizations required)
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and pipeline discipline
- Ability to work remotely
- Comfort attending in-person industry events and networking
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network in behavioral healthcare organizations
- Experience in a marketing agency or consulting environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Familiarity with Basecamp or similar PM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
Work Schedule & Environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
